Am I Right For You?

So, you have made up your mind to come to Maui! And what a good idea it is! Maui isn’t exactly the cheapest tropical vacation or the easiest to get to–but it certainly is one of the most gorgeous vacation destinations in the world (you can read more about how I LOVE MAUI here).

This vacation will be spectacular and to remember it, you want some amazing Maui family portraits to look back on for years to come. Because believe me when I say that everyone deserves to have family photography when visiting Maui!

But there are a bajillion Maui wedding photographers and Maui family photographers out there. What photographer is the right photographer for you and your loved ones?

Step 1: Do you like my style?

If you’re here for portraits, check out my Maui Family Portfolio or my Maui Engagement Portfolio.

Here as a bride? Check out my Maui wedding portfolio to see if you dig my style!

Then head on over to see my blog posts to see some more examples of my most recent work.

My style is fun, personal, and romantic. Don’t feel comfortable with all of those stiff poses? Great. I keep those to a minimum.

Do you want to be laughing throughout your session? Awesome. That’s exactly what I aim to do!

Do you want photos that you will look back on for years to come to remind you of who you were and how amazing Maui is? If the answer is yes, we are on the same page!

If you’re looking for a photographer who does primarily posed photos, I’m probably not the gal for you. And that’s OK! At the end of the day, I want you to enjoy your photos for years to come.

If you like what you see, continue on to STEP 2! If not, that’s okay – I wish you all the best in your search for a Maui photographer who is a better match for you.

Step 2: Check out my info pages

My info pages have a lot of information that will help you make important decisions about your Maui portrait session!

My Locations Page has a quick rundown of my favorite spots on Maui (though certainly not all the locations at which I shoot)

My Pricing Page will let you know what kids of packages I offer.

My FAQ page will help answer any questions you may have about booking, locations, and how it works!

And lastly, my About page will let you know a little bit more about me and my Maui life!

Gorgeous Maui Couples Photography in Makena

This portrait session was on of my Sweetheart Sessions – a session that is designed for couples who want the best of Maui from their photography session. We visited several locations in South Maui and ended on the beach for a stunning sunset!

Fun Beach and Town Family Session in Paia, Maui

Paia is absolutely my favorite location for morning portraiture. The water is so blue and the beach is mostly empty. As an added bonus, this family chose to add a second location to their session. We had a great time stomping around Paia town and even got a shot with a surfboard fence!

Maui Wedding at Olowalu Plantation House

Hortencia and Conrad returned to Maui one year after engagement session with me to get married at Olowalu Plantation House in Lahaina, Hawaii! Their wedding was everything a wedding should have: lots of personal details, a gorgeous bride and groom, and a killer sunset!

Head on over to the blog to see more crazy romantic photos from this wedding!

This beautiful Maui wedding took place at the White Orchid Beach House in Makena, Maui. This venue offers unparralled views of off-shore island Kaho’olawe and is right on the water. The Beach House is perfect for small, intimate weddings.

Step 3: Fill out the contact form!

When you send me an email through the contact form, let me know a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for.

We will discuss what locations will best suite your needs and what day and time works best for both of us!

Step 4: Decide to work with me!

Awesome! You won’t regret it!

Step 5: Confirm the date and time, sign the contract, send in the retainer

This step is super easy; everything can be done at home from your computer! I will send you a booking proposal to review and a retainer fee is due at the time of booking.

The final payment for portraiture is due 7 days before our session. If it’s a wedding, full payment is due 30 days before the big day!
